Notes

Because in this project I'm working on revamping the whole e-commerce and in the all platform such as Desktop, Mobile Web and Mobile apps (iOS and Android). So I will limit this writing just focusing on Mobile Platform and Certain Feature / Flow

Project Overview

Otten coffee e-commerce developed in 2013 and in the 2020 the product team and management want to revamp the whole Otten coffee experience. Based on the problem statement below

The Problem

So Why do we revamp Otten Coffee e-commerce?

The Process

In this revamp we divide it in two phase.

  1. The first phase we are working on redesign the whole UI and also enhance the UX but we have limitation to make the flow still relevant with the old backend architecture and not to add feature in this phase
  2. The second phase we are working on improving and starting to add new feature (we are on this phase nowadays)

Research collecting the data

We are collecting data from any resource such as Google play and Appstore review, talking with customer service and looking for Data Team. And found out which problem we need to tackle and which flow we need to improve to be better
